Personalized Gut–Brain Nutrition Program

Connecting the Dots Between Nutrition, Digestive Health & Everyday Wellness.

A two-phase, approximately 16-week 1:1 nutrition coaching experience for parents and caregivers of children with autism, ADHD, emotional or behavioral challenges, and complex digestive concerns. The goal is not more food restrictions—it is greater understanding, better nutrition, and a practical long-term plan for your child.

Is This Your Family?

You Sense Something Is Connected… But No One Has Helped You Connect the Dots

Endless food lists, conflicting advice, and symptoms that seem unrelated can leave you exhausted and unsure what to do next. This program may be especially helpful for families of children experiencing:

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Particularly with digestive disturbances, food sensitivities, selective eating, or changes in daily functioning.

ADHD & Attention Difficulties

Challenges with focus, impulsivity, emotional regulation, or hyperactivity.

Emotional & Behavioral Challenges

Anxiety, irritability, mood fluctuations, and difficulties with self-regulation.

Chronic GI Concerns

Constipation, bloating, reflux, food intolerance, or recurring digestive discomfort.

Restricted Eating & Food Sensitivities

Struggling to identify well-tolerated foods while maintaining adequate nutrition.

Complex or Unexplained Symptoms

Including suspected immune-related concerns and a desire to assess nutrition, digestion, and relevant environmental exposures.

Our Approach

A Guided, Root-Cause Path—Not a One-Size-Fits-All Protocol

Through comprehensive nutrition assessment, carefully selected testing when clinically appropriate, and individualized 1:1 coaching, we work to identify modifiable factors that may be contributing to your child's nutritional and gastrointestinal challenges.

Questions Parents Often Ask

Will my child have to follow a strict elimination diet?
No. Our focus is on maintaining digestive comfort, identifying foods that may need moderation, and improving nutritional variety. The goal is greater understanding and better nutrition—not more restrictions.
Does this program cure autism or ADHD?
No. This is a nutrition coaching program. We help families better understand their child's nutritional and digestive needs and implement a personalized, manageable plan with one-on-one guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Is testing required?
Testing is only recommended when clinically appropriate. We explain each option, including its limitations, and never assume a lab result automatically requires treatment.
How are the sessions structured?
You receive 6 private Zoom sessions. The first is a 90-minute comprehensive consultation; follow-ups are scheduled every 2–3 weeks based on your child's needs and your family's pace. Between sessions, you'll have lessons, action steps, and tracking tools in your portal.
What happens on the free discovery call?
In 20 minutes we'll discuss your child's biggest challenges, what you've already tried, and your goals, then determine whether the program is the right fit. It is an introductory conversation, not a medical evaluation.
Is my child's health information kept private?
Yes. Sensitive results and health details are only shared through secure systems approved for protected health information—never through ordinary marketing emails or texts.
