At your initial appointment, I will conduct a thorough assessment of your eating habits and discuss any medical conditions, symptoms or complaints, review labs if you have them, and assess your readiness for change. At the end of your visit, we will have created 4-5 action steps to help you achieve your goals.
If you're seeing me for the first time, an initial session may last 60-90 minutes (longer if you have multiple diagnoses or a complicated condition requiring more in-depth assessment and education. Most follow-up visits last between 30-45 minutes.
To get the most from your visit, consider keeping a 3-day food journal of what you have been eating, along with blood pressure or blood sugar records. It may also help to bring lab work and list of medications if available.
I create customized nutrition solutions for people looking to improve their health and well-being. My goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge to feel better, look better, and have more energy, so you can live your best life.
As a registered dietitian, I can help you prevent or support you in your treatment for a variety of health conditions including heart disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, obesity, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalance, constipation, food allergies, autoimmune conditions, and more.
Payment will be collected at the time of visit. All credit cards, HSA/FSA, check, cash, bank transfers accepted as form of payment.
